SCENPOP is a creative community for discovering, shaping and sharing expressive spaces. These are the quickest ways to solve the issues we hear about most.
A scene is stuck?
Keep the app open while a scene is loading, switch to a stable connection, then try again. If a creation still fails, tell us the scene name and the step where it stopped.
Something looks wrong?
Update SCENPOP from the App Store, restart the app and try the same action once more. Please include a screenshot only when it helps explain the issue.
Community safety: use Report from a scene, message or profile action menu when content or behaviour concerns you. Use Block to stop contact from another user.

Delete from the app
In SCENPOP, open Me → Settings → Delete account. Review the consequences, confirm the required choices and submit the request. Account deletion is permanent; processing may take 15–30 days and some information may be retained where required by law.
Read the app policy
The app privacy policy explains how SCENPOP uses account, creation and device information to provide and protect the service.
You stay in control
SCENPOP asks for access only when a feature needs it. You can allow or change access later in iPhone Settings. Denying a permission may disable that feature without affecting the rest of the app.
